My name is Lesill and I am a Chef. I have worked in some of the most exciting food environments you could think of. I am a food and wine connoisseur, I am also a health cognizant. Among some of the studies I absolutely enjoy, is, Health and Nutrition, Healing with Natural Herbs and Using Aromatherapy Treatments. I am here to give you simple remedies on how to improve your way of life.

Lessons I have Learnt:

We are all individually designed differently, our body mass and body structure is something we inherit from our parents; what may work for one may not work for the other. So stop and think about making healthy choices that would improve your well-being, instead of cosmetic changes that would affect it in the long run.

WHY?

I used to be one of those women who thought I was healthy because I wore a size 5/6. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall, so a size five on me made me feel right up there with the rest of the fashion world. Seems like a good idea right! But it was not.

Here is the problem with that thought, No matter what I did, I always had a low iron count, I was always anemic, always tired, low energy levels and so on. I never ate enough to satisfy what my body needed to improve itself, to add what was needed to it. So ladies I know that the world think it defines what true beauty is, by what size we wear, but it does not. the world corrupts, like it did to me. I am happy, healthy and feeling very confident about myself now, since I stop letting fashion magazines control what I should look like.

This does not mean that being over-weigh is something I am promoting, no it is not. Being over weight do just as much harm as being under weight. Both issues can be equally harmful and result in serious health complications.

Eating a well-balance meal is a great way to start your day feeling rejuvenate and fresh. This helps promote positive brain activity.

Although taking vitamins is a good idea. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables and meats is a better way to gain the nutrition and energy we need, to get through our day.

Eating all-natural foods is also a good way to improve your health and the conditions of your skin. Beautiful skin starts within the body. This can also help to cut down your risks of getting certain cancers.

Cutting out all artificial products, is a great idea, whether it is in food in-take or products used on your skin. Also helps cuts down your risks of getting certain cancer

Counting how many calories you in-take on a daily basis, is an excellent idea. This gives you the power to control how much of what you put into your body; which helps to promote properly functioning organs within the body. It is a good concept to eat what satisfy your appetite and what makes you happy. But keep in mind how much of it you in-take on a weekly basis, will determine how it is going to affect your body and it's organ functions. Controlling calories help to prevents high cholesterol's, obesity and diabetes.
